As many people know, Sue Johnson - a Norway Bay cottager and NBMA member – was hit and injured by an ATV after leaving the July long week-end dance. Sue immediately returned to her home in South Carolina for surgery, and while the surgery went well, she will not be able to return to Norway Bay this summer.

Sue, our thoughts are with you and we all look forward to seeing you next summer!

Safety and security are major concerns for the NBMA and in light of the events of the July long weekend, we have asked the Surete du Quebec to patrol Norway Bay over the upcoming long weekend and to also be present in Norway Bay in particular while Saturday night’s dance in occuring.

While Saturday night promies to be a huge and fun event, please be responsible and do not drink and drive!

Chris Kent, President NBMA
